As you might expect, our
traffic is very target-marketed - specifically buyers and
sellers of plumbing and mechanical related companies. It
is our focus and specialization. We know this market and
we know it very well. If you're considering selling your
plumbing company, rest assured that there is no other
traffic that is more targeted marketed than the traffic to
which we can provide you exposure.
We work with Sellers as well as Buyers. While we will
provide provide representation services to both, we will
not represent both parties in the same transaction (e.g. we
don't participate in "dual agency").
We
strongly feel that the overall environment for buy/sell
transactions has changed over the years and
that "old school" Merger and Acquisition / Business
Brokerage practices do not adequately maximize the level
of service that the client deserves (whether the client
be a buyer or a seller). Because our methodologies are
quite aggressive and innovative, we consequently consider
ourselves to be of the utmost "new school" intermediaries.

Confidentiality
We place a high degree of importance on trying to maintain
confidentiality. We fully understand the need to provide
enough information about an opportunity in
order to build an interest with the prospective
buyer. Consequently, we try to provide everything we can
about the company with very careful consideration about
not disclosing confidential information about it. We generally do not provide more information to prospective
buyers other than than what is typically provided on the
preliminary information page (typically a web page) until
we have received a signed and dated Confidentiality Agreement
from the prospective buyer. We prefer to boldly note that
the Confidentiality Agreement is not written for the benefit
of the buyer. The buyer is not the one disclosing confidential
information. The seller is. The Confidentiality Agreement
is not designed to protect the buyer for his/her loss
of confidential information. If you are a prospective
Seller, understand that we make a strong effort to maintain
confidentiality. If you are a prospective buyer, then
you should respect this effort to protect confidential
information. After all, you might end up acquiring the

was no significant effort to maintain confidentiality
